On the Needles:
My Queen Maud is nearing the bottom ribbing. I am a tad bored now… I forgot I was long in the body.
I made a delicious Floyd shawl from 2 and a bit balls of Patons Cosmos.
This is a delightful pattern, and I highly recommend it!
I cast on Belle Nuit by Sivia Harding in Curious Creek Fibers Meru.
My love affair with BLF/silk longdraw continues.
Knitpicks now ships to Australia. That is all.
Is it still sexist if the “victim” isn’t upset?

On the Needles: More socks.
And a Zuzu’s Petals in my wren and ollie green gradient yarn.
Review: Sock needles. I talk about Knitpro Karbonz, Knitpro Cubics and Hiya Hiya 5″ shaft sharp circular needles.
Quilting: I talk about an class I did with Gemma Jackson of Pretty Bobbins Quilting. It was super great and there is another on Saturday 18th April which you should totally book into if you’re local. (It’s the Modern Curvy Table Runner class).

Knot on my Watch: after much fussing about, I crocheted Shih Tzu or Terrier Pattern. No more novelty yarn, please!
Sewing: I made a Tiny Pocket Tank out of print voile. The pattern is from Grainline Studios. I made continuous binding from a square as per this tutorial.
Quilting: I am making a
boring traditional quilt for a friend using 5″ squares and lovely Miss Kate fabric.
Questions: I discuss the following – “Muticraftual – ADD for crafters or essential cross-pollination?” and decide I am craftually polyamorous.
